"Edwin and his staff have been great to my family and I. I am originally from the Bay area but have been in Southern California for the past 25 years and he has remained my insurance agent. From car insurance to life insurance to rental insurance and to homeowners insurance. When I called Edwin, when I lost my home in the Eaton Canyon Fire in January, 2025 him and his staff went right into action reassuring me and my family, that everything was going to be okay. This past year has been hard on us but Edwin, his staff and State Farm have been there for us. Walking me thru the process - loss of personal items, loss of usage, and loss of home. I know everyone's experienced is different but Edwin and his staff have been there."

"I’ve had a couple of car insurance companies over the years and had not always been pleasant dealing with them. Well, my opinion has changed in how my State Farm office and agent handle some issues I had with my car insurance. Patrica, went above and beyond in helping me with my issues and questions. Even answered questions after office hours when she didn’t have to! She checked in with me when she said she would, because I had a very difficult situation at the DMV office and she advocated for me and restored my faith in humanity and customer service. She treated me like a human instead of a claim. And that for me makes a world of difference when it comes to dealing with insurance companies.
